I would rate PetSmart grooming in Roseville, Minnesota a zero star. I went in describing how I would like my dog (13 pounds) fur to be trimmed. I wanted him to have at least an inch fur left. When I told my dog is ready, I was shocked to find that he had been shaved off and nothing like how the groomer lady explained she would do. He also had a circular bruise on his neck. The grooming lady at PetSmart said it was the collar that caused it but it didn’t look like a collar bruise at all. I was very disappointed. If the lady couldn’t handle a medium, 13 pound dog, she could’ve just refused service and I would’ve been more than happy to take my dog elsewhere. I’m paying for a service and to receive my dog with a bruise is very concerning.

I would give it zero stars if possible but it will not allow that option. If you want to spend thousands of dollars and spend the night at the emergency vet most definately take your dog to the grooming dept here. We have racked up almost 2000 dollars in vet Bill's and more for medication all of my dogs have contracted kennel cough. The groomers is the only place my babies go as we have a fenced in yard. When I called the store we go to they said they could have gotten it from the parking lot. They do not require your dog be vaccinated for kennel cough just rabies. I would suggest looking around for another groomer they do not clean up like they are supposed to and the do not sanitize like they should I am just putting this review online so others can be aware. I was told there was an animal brought in that they knew had kennel cough and still allowed them to bring the animal in. I am very disappointed and angry.

Went to get a cone and a dog with that obviously had parvo had pooped in the floor blood and poop was every where I went and asked Banfield did they have a parvo puppy they said no I said well one with parvo had pooped in the floor and it needs to be cleaned up the response was thats not our resposibility 😕😕😡😡

I scheduled my dog for his yearly appointment at 8:30 in the morning not as a drop off and with a specific vet. I arrived on time and they wanted me to change my plans and drop him off. The Vet that I had scheduled with I was told she was not available. As she walked in the door as I was standing speaking with the front desk individual. My dog is all of 5 pounds and the vet that saw him did not know how to handle dogs, first she was going to put him on a nasty exam bed. The staff had to take blood and they were so inadequate in the way they handled him it was bad.They scared him so badly. I will not let the vet that saw him see him again. Be careful in leaving your pets, because you do not know how they are treated when you are not there.

No inquired if I needed help. I was looking for dog food and no one helped me. Store was empty and no one would help.

I got fish from pet smart and they were all sick from a illness cased by the lack for care at their stores It has angered me I went to a local store to get there water tested and they said that they had gooten sick because of using harmful products. I want MY MONEY BACK SUCH A WASTE AND CRULE TO THE FISH !!!!!

If You actually have any issue with an order damaged or missing Items or wrong Item don’t expect to get any actual help when You call the Incompetent Nothings that call themselves Customer Service Reps because You will only have to call and call and call and get one useless incompetent nothing one after the other, You are better off shopping at the Store then ordering online, God forbid if You need a Replacement or Refund You have to go through a whole nightmare on the Phone and still not get any actual help. 😒

I took my Shih-tzu to petsmart to be groomed only once. When I got her home, she was whining and trying to scratch herself on the floor. I bathed her again with oatmeal shampoo...rubbed coconut oil lightly on her skin, she also had clipper cuts on her right side. After giving her a bath she was fine. I contacted Petsmart and the reply I received was just awful. The person straight out told me that she is sure it didn't happen at Petsmart. That person definitely called me a liar without actually saying those words. I cut communication and stopped taking my dog there. This place is littered with complaints from pet owners and still they are the same. Never, ever take your pet there. This happened at the petsmart in Martinsburg WV.
