We came to pet smart in ofallon to look at fish. We got there at 630. We found what fish we wanted and we told the cashier that we are ready to get our fish. My boyfriend saw that there was a worker but went the opposite direction. We waited there for 15 minutes and still no one. You’re associate or whatever basically was waiting out the clock and I cannot believe the wait. Usually when there’s a customer that wants a pet or whatever, the worker helps but no instead your worker just sits there and waits for the clock. I hope you get better employees in the future!

The person who cut my dogs hair did the opposite of what I told her. I told her I just wanted a trim/ puppy cut, and she asked me if she wanted me to shave him, and I said no just a little trim, and cut his nails. She cut his nails then, SHAVED HIM COMPLETELY AND ALSO HIS WHOLE ENTIRE FACE!!! I am very disappointed and will NEVER take my dog to get his hair cut there EVER AGAIN!!! 😡😡😡

I'd give zero stars if I could. I purchased at the Springfield, IL store on Veteran’s Parkway. PetSmart has absolutely no clue about birds, and they ripped off my older mother with a 'fancy' green cheek conure priced at $599. It is a pineapple green cheek. They are not 'fancy' green cheek conures. It is a very common trick for pet stores to price their birds up with absolutely no idea what it is, and they rely on the customer's unawareness. Cool marking or color? $200 extra, you'll likely never know. Green cheek conures from a reputable breeder sell for $350, around $400 maximum. Do NOT buy your conure from PetSmart. Even Petco is better, they sell them around $350. Do they expect us not to know a single thing about what we're purchasing? They certainly treated her that way and brushed off every concern. She sold her expensive sewing machines just to afford PetSmart's bird, and that bird was up charged by $250. This is just unacceptable. I can purchase a green cheek from a fantastic breeder online + safe, temperature controlled shipping for less than $400. Many times I walk into PetSmart I see birds pulling their feathers out from stress. Absolutely not okay. Go to *Petco* if you really want a bird, they have a few more variations and a lot more info about what you're purchasing! Please do your research on what you are buying first.

Grooming experience today, April 24th, 2020, Fayetteville, AR. Horrible experience with grooming! The groomer yelled at my dog, then brushed with all her might from the top of the ear to the bottom. My dog ended up in a cowering stance, with her mouth open screaming! I’m furious and sad at the same time. THIS IS AN ANIMAL STORE! Do you not give a rats behind how your groomers treat the animals?? I call it abuse! Never, never, never again!!

I bought some great items for our puppy at Petsmart in Raleigh on Milbrook Rd. Everyone was very helpful. I did have one issue that required speaking with a manager at a later time. Jesse was amazing and handled my questions and resolved the issue in a timely and satisfactory way. I will go back. Thanks

I visited my local Petsmart earlier this afternoon. I am a regular customer for years for many of my multiple pets' needs. I see all the efforts and signs made to protect customers in this time of corona virus so I felt it must be safe to go into the store. I wore a mask (not that I like doing that, but know it protects others) The employees at the cash register were wearing masks, but I noticed most of the customers who were allowed to enter were not wearing masks. I was particularly officered by an older mother who was with her 12 year old, he was acting out ( likely attention deficient disorder son) He was hyperactive and grabbing and tossing back into the bins at anything and everything near the checkout counter. She obviously didn't care to reign in his bad behavior. Neither of them had any type of mask on a the time. I would ask that Petsmart management require that customers who want to shop inside wear a mask. There are options such as curbside pickup or online ordering, Please go that one step further to make all your customers safe.

I'm mad I spend hundreds of dollars buying stuff for my animals that I bout 4 guinea pigs there and Betta fish and more fish and never had a problem but today I went to go buy more fish and went we went to pick out the fish the woker was very she tried telling me that I was doing stuff wrong with my fish that that I needed a bigger tank but I have a HUGE tank and when she went to get the fish I picked out specific fish and she didn't get the fish my daughter wanted she also complained that we needed to pick out a fish cause she can't stand near us and was just being rude it.really upset my daughter and when we brought back the fish home it died and it wasn't my fault I have had goldfish for years and when I have them I put them up from my daughter but when I was buying the fish I noticed theat there were alot of dead ones and I mean alot and I said something about that and she said to mind my own business but when I went to go pay another lady helped me more than she did worst store ever will not go back 😠😡🖕🖕
