PetSmartReviews of petsmart.com

I tried to buy food for my cat today through Petsmart site. Then I tried again and again and again -- unsuccessfully. I suppose my dear boy just has to care for himself and to go and catch his own mice. WHY DO YOU HATE US THAT MUCH!

The website for placing orders, in my opinion, is a nightmare. It won't update. I've spent the last two days trying to enter an order in the system. This is not the first time I've had problems with the online order. I took the time to put all my pet profiles etc. in then the system crashed. I notice when you try to add a promo code the system freezes. I cancelled my account. Set up a basic account under my husband's name and e-mail address. Now that has frozen. I power cycled my phone and even tried to enter an order after midnight, thinking that perhaps the system is overloaded nope that didn't work either. We can only get this one particular food from PetSmart. Not sure what to do now. May have to shut everything down again. and try again. Oh when the shipments arrived pre corona virus, I only received 1 shipment that looked like the one on the commercial. The next time had a thank you card written in yellow unreadable highlighter and no treat. I realize now PetSmart is very busy so I don't expect anything, but now the shipments are more accurate without the frills, which I'm fine with. Rather get what I desperately need. You need to fix your computer system and don't blame it on the pandemic, this problem has been going on well before the pandemic started.

I wish I had seen these reviews before. Horrible website and in store service.

Very bad online experience. Sent WRONG things, then never replied to my complaints. I would give a VERY VERY VERY BAD rate

I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD. THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY BANK FOR AN ORDER 4 TIMES AND GAVE IT BACK 3 TIMES. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAITED 47 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ANSWERED AND TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MY MONEY BACK. I ONLY WANTED A CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER SINCE THEY HAD MY MONEY!!!! THEY REFUSED AND SAID THEY WOULD GIVE MY MONEY BACK BUTTTTTT I HAD TO WAIT 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. IT MAKES NO SINCE!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND A TOTAL RIP OFF!

My wanted to take the time to write this review about the Petsmart Trinity (New Port Richey) location. We use the grooming services at this location, or should I say USED to. Today we received what I would say below average customer service of what we normally do from this section. Line to check in/out pets was crazy long (considering no walk ins now so everyone had appt...at the same time??) Check in with staff was no "personable" like we are used to. And it got worse when they called to let us dog was ready all we received was "_____ is ready" and when I said OK the lady just hung up. Did not idenify who was calling or was with Petsmart. Very short/attitude on phone. I suggest they work on their customer service in this department. We will not be returning for any future grooming.

I purchased a wireless petsafe fence and i did not see that it cannot be returned because of the cover-19, very convenient that a $275 product cannot be returned, very dissatisfied, the product does not work properly

I've been a PetSmart customer for years. Always finding products that were needed & if assistance was required there were several employees available to provide knowledgeable recommendations or check available stocked items in back that were depleted in front. However over the last few years I've noticed a severe decline in our Summerville SC store. 1. The lack of cleanlines and poor care of pets offered in store. 2. Employees are not knowledgeable aout products and services. 3. Return policy is in need of affirmative action. 4. In store prices should match the website price as there are actually customers who don't have access to internet or data service on their mobile phone or don't have one. 5. There's a major need for a dedicated area OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF THE STORE for pets to "DO THEIR BUSINESS" as our store has two small 10 x 10 spaces at the front of the store located in a "strip mall" which are cutouts in the concrete that have never been finished, it's black dirt with algae covering it whenit rains & dispenser for "poop bags" that are always empty. 5. Banfield Veterinary Services need to locate the in store clinic in the FRONT OF THE STORE as I had a horrible experience after picking up my dog after having a dental cleaning with him being still "woozy" he couldn't walk very well and was VERY THIRSTY looking everywhere for water I had paperwork, handbag & keys in my hands struggling with his leash he started peeing while pooping just a few feet from the clinic checkout as if he hadn't had the opportunity to in hours, I then rushed to get him outside where I slipped and fell in the nasty muddy area of which I described previously. Not one employee from either the clinic or store offered any assistance. When I got him settled in the car I returned into the store to voice my concerns with what just occurred only to receive poor excuses for the condition of Snoopy and very little concern for my opinion of the area for pets to urinate. I need to close this review for know but felt that I would possibly raise the desperately needed attention from CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CORPORATE WHICH HAVE NOT YET RESPONDED TO MY PREVIOUS INQUIRIES.
