I am extremely angry!!! I have been going to Petsmart once a week for over five years, and i spend on average $90 to $100 a week. Yesterday I accidentally purchased a case of the wrong food for my pet. I returned to the store this morning with my receipt to exchange the food and they refused to do so as to their company policy. This is horrible customer service. You have lost my business and I will not refer business to this company.

Due to COVID-19 I would advise you all “NOT“ to purchase online. I order a 3.5 gallon fish tank on 04/13/20 and it is currently 04/19/20 and my order is still processing. I gave it a few days but, on the 3rd day I decided to email about the delay and I have yet to hear from them. It just isn’t worth it in my opinion. You’re better off going to a local store or order from another source. I am highly disappointed and will never purchase from there online website ever again.

Website for curbside pickup is trash. You need a credit card and even with a credit card the payment won’t go through. I needed lighting and heating for my reptile (which is very important) I’ve been trying for multiple days to place my order and PetSmarts website doesn’t work. Very unimpressed.

We ordered some dog and cat food online, only to receive an e-mail a few days later that they had to cancel ALL the items in my order. We made sure on the website that the items were available to be shipped to our home. Unfortunately, we will have to go elsewhere for our pets food. They should give the information on what is available clearly on the website. We would not have wasted our time.

carried ou dog to petsmart in amarillo tx 4/10/2020 to get groomed. picked our dog up 4/10/2020 didn't notice until we got back home they cut the hair too short can see the skin in places this is one dam bad job. we will not return to this dam store agin

Go to the store for dog food. Store is closed, need to order online for pickup. Don’t have a credit card so I bought a Vanilla prepaid card. Go online, order but can’t check out. Payment won’t process. Call customer service and wait an hour only to be told that they won’t accept those types of credit cards. Where is that policy posted for consumers to know? Why do they not accept this valid method of payment? Why can they not process the card over the phone? Or even on site at the store with the debit machines? Pretty poor business decision to me.

So I go to store today and girl was taking stuff out to cars she worked their looks up at me and says store is closed that you need to order online to pick up at store so she wouldn't even take my order at door and go get my stuff online only so since I don't have media on my phone this was impossible sure their is a big virus but y not serve people at the door why make them order online what about the country kids who don't use internet like me I got 24 pets all exotic that have to starve cuz of the owner of this store its not right to do it like that even if I can't go in store take my order at door and go get my animal food like I don't use computers or internet but I need it to shop at pet smart like really wow so disappointed never go in hear again like you can go in Wal-Mart or canadian tire or Tim hortons but not get served at door of pet smart f u pet smart
