We went to buy fish and this lady who works at pet smart didn't even tell us the correct food to buy or gave any information to us whatsoever. She was ignoring my mom and paying more attention to my step dad. We went again today to buy more fish and one other lady was helpful with giving information yet still no one told us about fish diseases or what food they eat nor the medication they should take when sick. This is unacceptable.

Seen where they wont allow pit bulls these people are part of the problem thinking pits are bad dogs. There not bad it's all in how there are raised

I took my pet to pet smart for a grooming appointment. Knowing my dog needed grooming bad I had no choice but shave all his hair down to allow it to grow again. As a result the groomer gave my dog razor burns on his scrotum. As a result they were inflamed. Nick the manager told me to take him to Banfield which is their vet on site. The bill was 138.00 and Nick said he was not going to pay because his hair was matted. The groomers went on to say at my visit that my dog was feisty. I wonder why they hurt him and expected him to sit there and be cooperative. In the end I got bad service with a hair cut half finished because they could not get to his paws and uneven hair around his neck area, a fee for 69.00, a hospital bill for 138.00, and a manager who just didn’t care. Don’t do business with petsmart. They have bad reviews for a good reason.

I went shopping to the Avondale Petsmart off Dysart Rd. I needed help and no one was around. I was in the rawhide aisle and a manager tall white male passed by and I asked him if he can help me. Not friendly at all eager to answer my questions and walk away. Seemed he was in a hurry. Horrible customer service. Will never shop at the Avondale store again and will let friends and family know to stay away from there as well. Will be shopping at the Buckeye Petsmart since they have great customer service.

I had a horrible experience at the Petsmart in Colorado Springs (prominent point) we were setting up our daughters first fish tank (she’s 2) and she was picking out her fish. The fish lady, Mandy, freaked out at our daughter for pointing at the tank to show us her desired fish. Apparently there is a policy where you can’t touch the glass on the tanks because of covid BUT you can touch everything else in a store that doesn't require masks. The manager told us it was demanded by the CDC and that was debunked by corporate who said that was a store decision and the entire thing is simply awful customer services. Instead of coming over and talking to us she yelled, made our daughter cry, she insulted our parenting and she was extremely rude. Our daughter didn’t do anything but point from the strollers. When we tried to talk to her more privately instead of dealing with the public yelling session she was trying to have with us she rolled her eyes and walked away. She’s just a bully who has no idea what customer service means. I know retail is hard but that employee requires some serious coaching and she borderline doesn’t need to be employed there. We received an apology from corporate and from the manager which we appreciate, but we won’t be dealing with that again. Who needs to deal with that? We went to Petco, they were amazing and they made our daughters experience so good. We really appreciate them cheering her up and making her smile through the whole process. They turned an awful memory into a cherished one.

Petsmart Irving Texas bad customer service employees no where to find. When finally you find someone asking for products response with attitude . Don't go to that store

Curbside pickup was insanely easy and took only a few minutes. I think the only thing that could’ve been improved was how the actual system alerted us of when to pickup

I am living in the philadelphia. There is a disgusting memory from Petsmart that I don't even want to remember. There was the wedding ceremony of the son in the island Kauai of Hawaiian Islands side at February 2nd in 2019 on Saturday. My puppy was planning to be entrusted on January 30th at dinner time and it is planning to go to Kauai to the next day dawn airplane. But the puppy of could not be taken care from the day Petsmart employee without much reason. The education dealing the puppy at all was insufficient and there was no sense for the office at all. The judge told as he judged. It was so absurd. I did how to do how, then she said don't have one and concern. My son listening to this news found the puppy hotel in the near over the places. The business ended altogether because it was rightly over evening 9 o'clock. We were trying to give up the wedding ceremony presence. Miraculously received a return call from one place. It occurred the next day at early morning 4 o'clock and went to the airport. This fact was reported to the Petsmart Customer Service many times after wedding. However, the manager on the charge store told as one to call me but nothing. It was forgeting and contacted again 2 weeks ago but there was no answer. Petsmart is thinking that the problem is resolved. The anger doesn't melt away in the correspondence of the Petsmart still. So, this kind of fact would like to be shared to many people. While Petsmart is lying to customers at the company level, and operating company.
