I don’t really care about the employees I just like my purchase

Petsmart odessa tx, not helpful at all, employees very rude and inconsiderate!

Went in to purchase lifejacket for my dog and received great service. Scott at Muskegon store was great help finding the correct size, trying different sizes on my dog for correct fit.

My letter to PetSmart... On February 28th, I bought two guinea pigs for my daughter at PetSmart in Rockford on State Street. The guinea pig my daughter named Chip had obvious bald spots and redness around his ears. I asked what it was, the PetSmart employee said it was nothing, completely normal for guinea pigs. IT WAS RINGWORM. My daughter began seeing her pediatrician for treatment on April 9th, FOR RINGWORM, on her face and neck. Today she was seen for the third time, as it continues to spread around her body. The guinea pigs have received treatment, which has not healed the fungus. They have been separated from each other and from human touch, unless it is for medication application, at which time I wear disposable gloves. This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE for me as a mother, for my family, and especially for my daughter. I can send you pictures from her doctor. She's embarrassed, her self esteem is shaken, and her heart is broken; I told her today after her doctors appointment that the pigs have to go. I will not keep a pet that makes my daughter sick. I want to know how your company allowed this to happen. I want to know how many other animals and humans were infected. Lastly, I want to know how you are going to make this right. I am sickened by this company's disregard for life, just to make a buck. I have pictures, receipts, medical reports, etc. Whatever documentation you need to prevent this from happening again, I'll share. I want restitution for my daughter, and an apology.

I recommend no one go here. Because they wouldnt groom my dog and we had to do it ourselves. Now my dog looks weird

charged us $35 and hardly did anything to her!!!

I needed a small bag of dog food because the large one that was mail ordered was running late. A 12ib bag usually costs $40, PETSMART charged me almost $19 dollars for 21/2lb bag. Is this the start of all the RIPOFFS we will be getting because of COVID 19. Also we booked a grooming appt 12 days ago, the website has it all over saying they do curbside pick up(RUBBISH) They refused and said they are not doing it in Arizona. PLEASE DO NOT LIE. IF YOU ARE NOT DOING IT TELL PEOPLE. Instead of wasting my morning and a trip out to your store. Personally i think the groomers at PetSmart are very poorly trained so i am glad I can take the dog to a better groomers(My daughter booked PetSmart because i have her dog at this time and she thought PetSmart would be convenient, IT WASN'T.)

Dont want this business in my town Petco is better go there
