We are always so happy for our pet when he has a trip for grooming at PetsMart. Yesterday was more anticipated than others because Louie was way long overdue because of the unavailability. Katie M. did a fantastic job taking great care of Louie. He’s an old timer and if I can speak for him. THANK YOU to Katie and the whole grooming salon.

They Asked us to come in because they were ready for us. They weren’t, our dog has hip Dysplasia. They have done his nails before and did an excellent job. But this time the wait was so long that he had to stand for too long of a time. I explained but they didn’t care and told me not to bring him back. I left crying.

I've heard great things from a friend regarding PetSmart's grooming so I decided to take my dogs there since my usual placed was booked out pretty far in advance. Well I just picked up my Mini Goldendoodle, Margo, from her appointment and she looks great! Abby W. did a wonderful job & was very sweet. She listened to the cut I wanted and explained the upgrade I was looking for. I am very happy with the service and plan to return in the future. I take my Toy Yorkie, Todd, for his grooming appt tomorrow and am so excited to see how he turns out!

Since they support Black Lives Matter, I will not be shopping there any longer. I wouldn’t mind if they said that we need to increase our dialog in light of these events but to outright support this group is ridiculous.

My father-in-law just passed away. He had recently bought several items from the store, which I attempted to return in accordance with the instructions on the back of the receipt. When the assistant manager would not accept some of the items, I called customer service for Petsmart. The customer service representative agreed that the items should be accepted, and communicated this decision to the assistant manager in a three-way call with all of us. After we ended the call, the assistant manager called the store owner, who then refused to accept the products. His only reply was that he had five children to feed, and it was difficult to make money if he allowed such large returns. I called customer service again, and they said that they would escalate it to which I have not heard back. This was over three hours of waiting in the store with the products. The store manager was Mr. Stanley at the Petsmart in Cleveland, Tennessee.

I used several different Petsmart grooming locations through the years and observed many more because I shop there. It’s just a job for their groomers. They show no personal connection to the pets. On no occasional have I ever seen groomers interact, talk to them, comfort them. Petsmart groomers are either silent or speaking to other groomers while they groom. I’ve seen them adjust dogs in a very aggressive manner, jerking, pulling and twisting them. My dogs always came back traumatized. I finally chose a small independent groomer that truly cares for my pets.

After receiving an email from petsmart letting my white family know that "Black lives matter ". Petsmart is supporting this and asking for donations. I say all lives matter and will not be doing business there anymore! Good luck with the genius that came up with this idea!

Awful customer service at the grooming center. they don’t know what are they doing and they did a horrible job. They cut my puppy’s leg and they said he was biting our hand which they were lying my puppy never bites.
