I’m really upset because my dog was given a new food to loose weight, the vet recommended it as the best and it’s been over 3 weeks and it has not arrived at the store. Now I have to start over with another brand that she doesn’t want. She was eating Royal Canin Sateity wet dog food. On top of it I can’t even order it online. My dog is really finicky eater and now that she finally got used to that food I cannot find it her in Puerto Rico. Poor merchandising on your part.

They did not even deserve even one star. My opinion they are puppy mill groomers. Your dog better be easy to groom or take them somewhere else, they don't have time to deal with anything. Been dealing with PetSmart for over 4 years, done now. Trust me don't waste your time at PetSmart!

This store is ridiculous! The prices are absolutely insane. I went to buy a harness for my small 22 pound dog. The harness is for training your dog not to pull while walking, and the small harness that consists of 3 tiny straps was $35! The prices are ridiculous and I won’t ever shop at this overly-priced store again.

I ordered a pet carrier online and they kept telling me to enter my credit card information over and over. I suspected something was wrong so I sent them an email but saw it wouldn't be read for 2 days so i went to my bank statement online and saw that there were 3 pending charges for the same thing. I immediately called PetSmart and told the customer service person that I wanted them off or I would call the Police. She took forever to find my information and said since they were pending, I would not be charged. I sent a notification to my bank telling them that I only wanted one of those 3 charges and that I had been tricked into ordering 3 and what can I do about it? The customer service person said to talk to my bank about it as there was nothing she could do since they did not go through. I told her that if they do go through I would call the Police. I have had my credit card hacked twice this year and don't want to go through this again. There is something terribly wrong with PetSmart's online ordering site. They need to revamp it. I will not shop at PetSmart again online. It seems this is a usual thing with this company. Untrustworthy to say the least!

They're lucky they got one star LOL absolutely horrible when placing an order it took them forever to request the order from my vet then when my vet approved it they canceled my order they said it took too long they need to coordinate with each other I will never purchase from them again

I went to buy a Bella shark in another fish that was in the same fish tank for my daughter and Yvette and Shaun refused to sell it to me because I don’t know what size of fish tank I have they said I need to bring water after that to see if it would live in the water I asked to see their policy and they refuse to let me rudely wouldn’t give me corporate‘s number I had the worst experience and I’ll never go back discrimination disrespect

Went to pick up my dog after her grooming appointment. I was excited, my pup was excited, she looked and smelled clean and then my bubble got busted. The Rude grooming manager pipes up and advises me that next time there will be an additional charge. Not anything friendly just about as pissy as you can get. I was shocked. Apparently, they had a hard time trimming her because she wanted to sit down. Yep, she’s a bit over weight! Yep, they are supposed to be the pros! Yep, she is a good dog but a bit lazy. I can think of much better ways to handle this situation other than being a rude, pissy, wine bag about this situation. Will not go back to Petsmart. Lost a customer.

Try to exchange an Aquarium canister that I purchase the day before in another pets smart store with the receipt but trashy piece of cunk manager said that he didn't have that item at his store so he denied to make the transaction. He made me drive from his store 13100 Tamiami Trl E, N, to Pine Ridge store but instead of exchanging the Item $260 I ask for my money back I will never buy here again!!! Thank you next!!!
