Jennifer at PetSmart helped me find the correct food for my elder cat. She was busy with her other job but immediately stopped to help me. Babe, my cat had not eaten in several weeks. Jennifer helped me find a gravy food & Babe ate this food that night. Thank you, PetSmart for having this special young lady there to help me.

KILLED ONE ANIMAL AND CHOKED MY OTHER ANAIMAL DURING GROOMING AND A VET EXPERIENCE.

I have been trying for months to get the Veterinarian UR diet for my cat. I am telling you that the shelves are empty. One of the workers told me the food comes in and goes right out. Day after day I go when I am told the truck will be in and again nothing. I called the manufacturing company direct and they told me that PetSmart has an ordering problem. Now That I sent the prescriptions to Chewy I have had No problem getting anything I order and I am no-longer held at bay by your company worrying to death about getting his food. I am not sure how you are staying in business with high overhead and low product. I also went to several other PetSmart stores and they didn't have product either. The funny part is my cat can eat 3 different UR foods and you had hardly anything. NOt doing business with you anymore!

They need to fix their website if that's the only way people are able to order items right now. I have tried ordering from PetSmart online with curb side pick up three times now, and every time there is a different issue, on their part. The website is down, the order cannot be processed, items that say are in stock are actually not, and the list goes on. Called the store to get some help having an order go through that "couldn't be processed" even though it was charged to my credit card. All they could tell me was to try again. Then an item that says in stock online gets removed from our order because it's not actually in stock. When we went to pick up the rest of our order, we asked if they could grab another dog toy similar to the one that was removed from our order and they said they can't do that. I understand they have their policies, but then they should fix the website. Had we known that the toy we wanted was not in stock, we would have picked another one. So now we have to make a new order and go back another day to pick it up. Overall, the website is terrible, and the service is not much help. Not impressed.

When I tried to buy a fish at the new mall which had a PetSmart, my son begged me for months for like something and I was like fine, fish it is.When I went, the employee (Maria) said that she couldn't bear selling a fish in a bag, like carnivals. And I was like why because there were literally plastic containers there.I had to break it that she wouldn't sell it to us because of fish abuse and he went home and cried for an hour.Don't go to PetSmart. It's a disappointment and a sadist.I beg you, DON'T GO TO PETSMART

Couldn't find any dog toys that weren't made in China. Yuck!!

I took my dog for grooming at 11 for a 11:30am appointment and told the person who took my dog “DO NOT PUT A COLLAR OR LEASH AROUND HER NECK” and this is supposed to be in her chart, well I came back at 3 pm thinking she would be close to being done “NOT”!!!! I could see my dog with a leash around her neck and she wasn’t even close to being finished!!!! I went in and told them to put the leash around her belly!!! They don’t listen to anything you tell them!!! The worst grooming I have ever seen!!!! They said my schnauzer had many mats and they had to cut her completely down, you mean chop her completely down!!!! I am so mad and will NEVER, EVER TAKE MY DOG BACK THERE AGAIN!!! I talked to the so called mangers and they were also a joke!!!! We were there 5 hrs for this mess, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! This was at the PetSmart at Easton, Columbus, Ohio.
