I took my pet Ramsey to pet smart in the Yonkers location a while back and faced a horrible experience with the Associate there. She was annoyed because I suggested that she can check my dog's record with Banfield. She then got her manager, who defended her not knowing the full truth of the poor customer service and courteousness I should receive as a first time customer It was my first time and they gave a horrible impression. When the manager came I thought he would address all politely, instead, he put a note indicating that my dog not be serviced any longer. It's dirty there and they are impolite and pressured to do many dogs at one time. I do recommend that no one take their pet to be groomed there. You do not know how they regard your loved ones. IT is too busy and pressuring environment.

Took my puppy in for bath and haircut. They cut all his hair off and what was left is severely chopped had some cut marks. He smelt worse than when i took him in! My puppy is a long haired breed. I was so upset and now have to pay someone else to fix this hack job.

I went in to book an appointment for my cat to be washed and groomed( as they advertise for my Location). I come to find out they haven’t had a cat groomer in years!!!!! The cashier (#541761) could care less and said in a not so nice tone “ well I can’t int do anything about that”after telling me the nearest one being 10 towns away. Corporate office needs to update Their website.!!!!!!! I don’t intend to continue to give Petsmart my business after being treated so disrespectfully.

Just had an awful experience w/ the grooming service! The groomer doesn't know what she was doing or just didn't care. She cut so much of my dog's hair that he is almost hairless! Yes, he has some knots, but cutting almost all hair is just unbelievable! Of course it's easier for her, but the dog is shivering! Also, the remaining hair is patchy, not an even cut. My dog also had water in his ears that he couldn't seem to get it out. Plus, when making my appointment online, the cost was $61. They ended up charging me $89! If you are thinking about going to PetSmart for grooming service, don't!

im am so mad right now. the geckos and snakes were in such tiny and dirty enclosures with reptile carpet. gave me all the wrong information and said that leopard geckos need to be room temperature. which is completely wrong. i also found out that they got their reptiles from Reptiles by Mac, a reptile mill that has footage of them saying ¨i just cut a frog¨. i hope they see this. horrible. 0/10

Only gave one star because this page does not permit you to give zero. Do not bother ordering online from this company. They sat on my order for five days and then cancelled every item. What a waste of time. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My 77 year old mother took her little dog to get groomed. When the appointment was made, she was told that all paper work was up to date, just bring her dog in. My mother arrives and is immediately asked for her dog's vaccine papers because they are not on file. The groomers would not give her to option to come home and get them nor would they take the dog after her appointment time because "we are so busy". My 77 year old mother gets flustered and upset, comes home to my 77 year old father who is angry at my mother's treatment. He calls the store, talks to the manager and is told that yes, the dog's paperwork is on file and up to date. The groomers are rude, unfeeling and inconsiderate of older customers. My parents and myself will not be going back there every again.

My 7 month lab went for a bath, brush and nail trim. The groomer wasn’t watching close enuff and Teddie, my lab, drank a bunch of soapy water. She admitted to my daughter that Teddie had done this but it was too late. Before Teddie was halfway out the store she started puking. Finally got her home and saw she could barely open her eyes so she prob got soap in her eyes as well. She puked up soapy water for hours and was very listless, totally opposite of her normal personality. Thank goodness she’s better today but I will NEVER go back.
