I went in to PetsMart to buy Arm and Hammer Tarter Control for dogs. The price was $13.99. The last time I bought it, the price was $9.99. THEY RAISED THE PRICE BY 40% IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS. I got it at Amazon for $3.70. PetsMart is so greedy they ran me off as a customer. I now get my Science Diet Dog Food for 20% less than PetsMart charges from my veterinarian. EVERYTHING AT PETSMART IS OVERPRICED. Tell your friends to buy from Walmart. That will save them a ton of money

Been getting my dog groomed for a year then I said something about the price of $96 for my miniature schnauzer. They refused to cut my dogs hair and told me to go somewhere else. Horrible service and prices.

Took my puppy there for grooming, the staff were horrible to him. Pulled on his neck, did not let the puppy smell them to get use to them. They were horrible. do not go there

I recently answered a pet smart survey in which I had negative answers due to an incident which happened in 2008 in a Pet Smart store in Latham, NY. Well the following day I got a call from the store manager named Jeff, who apologized to me for what happened 13 yrs. ago. Jeff had me come to the store and issued me a refund of a balance which was due to me. I indeed was not only stunned by this, I was also very appreciative. Jeff in my opinion is an Absolutely Gracious, Pleasant and very Professional Person and Manager. Jeff is indeed am Asset tp Pet Smart!!!

I took my dog Loki in for a grooming appointment at the PetSmart on Eubank in Albuquerque. Meranda took really great care of him. She done a wonderful job. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog was as comfortable as possible. I do not normally trust anyone with my dog but I was told about hoe great Meranda was from a friend, so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. She was also very patient in explaining everything they were doing with him to me. PetSmart is lucky to have a employee like her that puts all her attention on the animals she is working on.

Placed an order. They sent me a confirmation email, and 10 minutes after that an email telling me the order was canceled, without any sort of explanation why. So I call them, spend about 10 min on hold, and get some jerk rep. She's not polite, talks like a tired bot who doesn't care. I explain that my order was canceled and I don't even know why. She checks and tells me I need to call my bank because some information didn't match. I ask if she means the credit card transaction was declined, she says yes. I ask her if I can just give her the CC info, for the same card or a different card, so she can reprocess the order - she says no, I need to call the bank to figure it out. I tell her that I can give her a different credit card. Nope, she says I have to reorder myself after I talk to the bank. I say "That's good", clearly upset with this run-around. She just stays quiet, doesn't say anything. Actually, I don't know, maybe she just hung up. I stayed on the line a bit longer just to confirm that she wouldn't say anything - she said nothing. I wasn't rude or anything with her. She just didn't care about being helpful or polite or anything. Just like their useless emails. Update: placed another order for the same item, using a different credit card. 2 hours later it got canceled too. My credit cards are fine, PetSmart is just wasting my time.

Pensacola store on North Davis Hwy Check in was 30 minutes late and I was 10 minutes early so that was annoying. They tell me it’s going to take four hours then they call and tell me my dog “can’t stand up “on the table. They never would tell me what they did to scare him that way. I called them while I was still on that end of town to ask when he would be be done and I was told for more hours. So I drive the 20 minutes home and immediately get a call that he’s ready. The grooming job was atrocious, though they claim they did do his nails and bath and teeth. $80 for no better job than I could have done. Never going back.

I never thought I would be putting a 1 star, but I need Pembroke Pines Fl general or corporate office to know that you NEVER tell a paying customer that they cannot buy crickets because their animals must get fed first! I didn’t call corporate but I hope they receive this review...store manager or operating manager by the name of Eric made the decision to tell me it just like that!! Our animals must get fed first and that I couldn’t take, and not until I told him I wanted 30 small crickets 🦗 well then that’s when his energy changed to ohhh that’s good your taking small because our animals take large! I don’t know who trained him but customer service was not his prior job nor are customer priority to the business. I’ll for now head to Beverly’s for my small Chamaeleon needs...sucks that I initially bought my female chameleon from Pembroke Pines petsmart.
