Petsmart Grooming Warwick RI Horrible booked a 11:30 am appointment. They stuck my dog in a cage for over an hour and then said the dog was to upset to get the service. They told me it would be a SPA day for my dog it was anything but a SPA day. It was a complete waste of time. They then tried to blame me for not taking my puppy there at 4 months old. Do not take your animal here for grooming. They will try to blame you for their incompetence and lack of service. They don't care about customer service. They only care about a factory of animals going through their salon which adds up for $ for the company.

They butchered my golden doodle - Petsmart bellingham MA. Blamed the breed and their coat. My dog is brushed everyday. Yes he had a few knots on his elbows BUT THEY SHAVED HIM DOWN TO HIS SKIN. do the not know how this affects the dog!!!! Disgusted. And had the nerve to charge me when he likely got no bath no grooming just shaved. Easy way out for these guys. NEVER GO TO PETSMART FOR GROOMING. And what’s with paying first before you see your dog. And the groomer who did it didn’t have the guts to show her face when I went to pick him up. RED FLAG RIGHT THERE. NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Will blast them all over social media. I’m mad and heartbroken.

I love going here. They are so friendly, greet and love all over my babies and they never let us leave without a treat for each one. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well.

I love when I go into the stores but calling customer service or any store for the PetsHotel is a nightmare. On hold for 30 minutes each and every time just to ask a simple question and when they finally do answer, I’m hung up on.

Horrible Service from Katelyn the groomer there at store number 0276 on Chapel Hill Rd Douglasville GA . She was rude disrespectful towards me and my pet. She always have a nasty attitude.She slam paper on the table stating my pet is not welcome at that location she was making false accusations about if we mis appointments the groomers have to pay for it. I spoke to supervisor there and she stated that was not True and Kateylen had no right to speak or say that to me. This young lady need to be fired its obvious that she do not like to work there and she hate her job because this my second complaint about this store and alot of people are writing negative reviews. Please go to care.com get your own personal groomer. Please look at reviews. The reviews are horrible because of the staff

Meghan must’ve been new or overbooked. Had my dog for 3 1/2 hours and called to say he was ready but she couldn’t do full cut cause he wouldn’t cooperate! Wanted me to pay before I got to see him. Looked like a 2 year old cut around his eyes that I could’ve done better in my kitchen! But she had the nerve to say confidently that next time he would be ready for a full cut! So what will change for her to even say that? Will never go there again and will do all I can to deter anyone else to use their store and the services!!

Late for app. due to 20 min traffic back up, Am disabled, mgr, came out said wouldn't take dog and called next on waiting list. Didn't call me for the problem though and am an over 3yrs. faithful customer. Was not nice about it, said make app. for next week then finally go it down to next day??? Will not go to Petsmart again, ever. Going to private groomer, cheaper to.

If you see this please do not get the hamster cages that are recommended do your research thoes are not the right sizes for your little hamster your better off to get a large bin cage from Walmart which is cheaper and larger.
