Usually order online from Chewy, but they were out of the prescription cat food this time. Thought I'd order from PetSmart since our cat's vet is associated with Banfield attached to the store. At Chewy you can upload a copy of the prescription and the order comes within 4 days. PetSmart online does not do that. They take days calling the vet until they get authorization, and then it takes another 4 days to get things packaged to deliver, and another 4+ days for the package to arrive. Meanwhile we run out of food. When I called customer service, they would not offer any solution such as expediting the delivery. Now I have to drive to the next town to pay more $$ for the food (expensive stuff), on the day before I have to go into surgery.

Took my dog to Petsmart on Wonderland Rd in London for a dog wash. I used their service for years but will never go back. They said they needed three hours for a bath but it appears they my dog in a cage for a lengthy period of time since they were "busy." My dogs legs were never brushed and their was hair falling out as we left. I wanted to book an immediate appointment elsewhere.

I purposely checked online to see if the item I needed was available at my nearby store, it stated In Stock. It did not say low stock, it said in. When I arrived at the store the shelf was empty, I then asked the girl at the front for assistance and she was told they did not have any. Once I arrived home I decided to order it online for same day service because I was not able to go driving around to neighboring stores. I placed my ordered with the fastest time slot I needed, my payment was withdrawn from my account and I awaited my confirmation email. The email I did receive stated that there had been a technical issue so they were unable to fulfill my order and could I please place it again. I checked my account only to find the funds were still gone, to say the least I am unable to reorder until I have my money back. I have called customer service on two occasions, the first said I would have it within 24 hours and that it’s possible I didn’t use a capital in my name or something along that line of simple mistake. I just made my second call as it has been almost 48 hours but this time I am told that it may take 3-7 business days to have MY money returned. For some reason the security or fraud department cancelled my order and I feel that they have stollen my money. I am more than disappointed, especially when we have all had out of the ordinary obstacles over the last year or more along with the fact that I did not at least receive a call about the unknown issue before it was cancelled and or because the store obviously has not updated their inventory. So I guess at Pet Smart only the pets are smart.

We purchased a automatic water dish for our cats on July 10th. It quit working the first week of August. I took it back to the Centerville, Utah Store and worked with Aerin. She was wonderful in helping me to get a new one. It's this type of service that keeps me coming back. Something that Petco refused to do. I am grateful for the professional assistance today

I showed up for their sale on the 2nd day but the entire shelf area for this product was empty. When I asked, I was told the product never came in. I asked if I could get a rain check but was told no, they don't guarantee prices. Their advertised price for the item was $46 (same as Amazon.ca), reduced from $53. If this company is trying to give the impression that they can compete with Amazon, why not cut the price in half or claim they are giving it away for free. After all, they don't have the product so there will be no sale, and they won't lose any money but got you to come into the store. Very dishonest marketing. It will only be in desperation that I return to their store.

I purchased this aquarium 2.5 months ago. Looked great at first. Fish were doing well and this morning almost half of the water was on my brand new floor. I spent almost $2000 on flooring and now have to rip it up because all the water is under the flooring. Seriously don’t buy this product. Now have to find a better tank to put my fish in before they die. Gonna have to go much better and bigger.😡🤬

I will never buy anything or take my dog to pet smart ever again took my dog to groomer 1st was turned away for no proof of rabies shot drove 25min back home got vet packet with all credentials then was turned away for the 2nd time cause I chose to muzzle him cause of other animals in and out of store he's only a puppy and have never been with other dogs just our cats..Only wanted his nails trimmed and he is more calm with muzzle..

The service for grooming is great But, try to make appointment is horrible, unless you go to the store. By phone no body answer, in the internet no appointment
