Pet Smart on Allisonville Road in Indianapolis is HORRIBLE!! My mom took her very sweet golden retriever to be groomed and the NASTY large woman was terribly rude to the point that my mom asked to speak to the manager. The manager came over and the first thing he (Marco) said to her was ‘I can tell this isn’t going to go well’ RUDE and disrespectful. I understand times are hard and getting quality people is tough but when you can even get the management to acknowledge a problem or care then business will suffer.

Made an appointment with grooming, got there was told that what I booked wasn’t what they wanted to do. They didn’t care at all that I booked something else. They have huge turn over of groomers. Manager didn’t care. Neither cared that I just left. Rude, bad groomers who don’t know what they are doing. Won’t go back. They don’t care…I called head office, and they don’t care..lady I tried to talk to couldn’t figure out that I was not in the US and was totally confused and didn’t say much of anything breathed into the phone…I hung up CUZ THEY DONT CARE.

They’re sending me promo codes for a second time that are not working and when I’m trying to use them it says they’re already redeemed. I was trying to figure it out with their customer service, they they were rude and totally unhelpful. I haven’t received any follow up from the company. I spend over $100 a month on pet products and I’m happy to take my business elsewhere, like Walmart or petco.

Traveled to get fish for our tanks, we are about 2 hours away because there are no local places so when we go we make it worth it. We have a few large tanks and several small ones and I’ve had fish for years so I don’t ask for advise when I go because generally, I know what I want. There are times when they offer an opinion that I have to question and realize ya maybe that fish isn’t appropriate, but, I should be able to make my own judgment. I’ve been here to the Eugene place three times now. Each time I go the fish associate, they ask multiple questions which is fine….. but then they judge your decisions and make snide comments about your choices as your picking. Twice now they’ve refused to guarantee fish because we chose two or more fish that they felt inappropriate based off their opinions or because we didn’t follow their advice. I have NEVER had a fish die from here, and ifI did I’m not driving two hours back for a $3 fish. Maybe if it was an expensive one, whichever I generally don’t buy anyway. I think making people feel like they are stupid when making purchases and their own decisions is quite unprofessional.

I was an employee for 1 week in the call center in phx. AZ. My supervisor Richard Vigil and Operations mgr. Nadia Higgins are a disgrace. It took me 3 weeks to get my final check because they kept saying they mailed it out. they took out fed taxes which I never filled out a W2 form which I told them I file exempt because I pay my taxes from other sources. So, I'm assuming that money went into someone pocket. Find some where else to work

I went into the store to buy some more fishes of the same kind I have currently. I was met by a rude employee name Chris. I was looking at the fishes and he didn’t know if I was just looking or planning to buy but he rudely said to me you have to have a tank more than 20 gallons. He had an attitude with me the entire time I was there, tossing the signs around and then telling the cashier not to give me a warranty on the fish. Also he gave me the 3rd degree and asking me every question he could come up with about my tank, water, heater and etc. The only think I could think of is that he hated me as he looked at me, not sure if it was because I was a different skin colour, which is said to say but at the end of that visit, I felt that I was judged and treated that way because of the colour of my skin. It’s said that this happened to me when I have been there numerous times and this is the worst visit I have every had at this store. No Customer Service at all. Instead of treating me like a human being and asking me nicely or trying to explain things, he decided to just judge me and treat me like garbage. Wow. He was a very unfriendly, disappointing and uneducated boy who needs to learn how to treat people.

I took my Bernedoodle in to PetSmart for grooming and she had 2 small mats where her collars rub. They refused to groom her told me to “take her to a vet for anesthesia for them to remove the mats”. I went home removed them myself and made an appointment with a real groomer. Carol M Jones.

I have been taking my dog to PetSmart for grooming in Burlington Ontario. I really like the small dog groomer. This is the first time my dog was physically injured. Both ears were deeply cut. I sent pictures, called and wrote customer service. No one even returned my email or calls.
