I was very disappointed with the website the customer service was great but when you go to order something and you can't have it shipped to your address as a gift or somebody can't ship something to you as a gift that's just that's just a hassle and it's going to cause a lot of problems I ordered something and they canceled both of my orders my boyfriend ordered it from his card to have it shipped to me and obviously that's a big problem for them or their system so I am very disappointed I will not be purchasing anything from petsmart.com again

Where do you think the best place would be to file a complaint about the treatment of beta fish at PetSmart located in Reno, Nevada? I went in yesterday to get Guinea pig food and was absolutely appalled when I looked at the betas! The water was dirty some were dead and dying and some could only swim with one fin! I grabbed a worker and told her how bad the conditions were with the betas and that some were currently dead and dying and she wouldn’t look at me and bluntly said beta cleaning is today then said nothing else - not thank you for bringing that to our attention, we’ll take care of it ASAP or this is what is going in with the betas, etc… terrible customer service along with lack of care for the betas. So disgusted. I’m glad I wasn’t there with my kids as it would have upset them to see dead and dying fish. After spending 15 minutes more in the store and checking out - No one had bothered to attend to the betas. Really sad. I want to know who I could go to in the PetSmart chain that would actually care to make sure all the fish, especially the betas are humanely cared for.

Today was my last day to take my dogs to the PetSmart at 101st and Yale, Tulsa. I have 2 senior dogs. I scheduled them for a 9 am appointment for only baths, no trimming. I arrive at 9 am and waited for the doors to open. I immediately went to the grooming area. I was the first one there, no other customers had arrived. I called 3 hours later and was told it would be another hour. I was confused because they should have been the first to be served. I didn’t wait for them to call me, I left to pick them up approximately one hour like the said. I ask why it took almost 4 hours while I was the first customer. I was told if I wanted them in and out quickly I should have purchased the Expressed appointment and they had other 9am appointments. I noticed there were no dogs being groomed when I arrived to pick up my dogs. It appears they took care of all the other animals before they bathed mine. Not acceptable!

The last two online orders for cat litter I have made I have attempted to use my treats points and a coupon that Petsmart sent me. Both times, since the final price was very cheap for that litter, I have ended up waiting over a week while the order was being "processed", and in the end they have cancelled the order claiming it was unavailable at this time. Yet according to their website they still had stock available online and in-store. This type of business practice is both unfair and insulting to their loyal customers and Petsmart should not be trusted. Be warned. If you are looking for a trustworthy retailer for pet supplies, look elsewhere.

Today would be my last time to come to PetSmart for bathing my dog. When I called them a few days ago to make an appointment for my dog, I was told they all booked until Sunday ( 05/8/22 ) I said Sunday is fine, I took my dog there today ( Sunday ) When I picked up my dog 2 hours later I was charged $5 extra because it is for weekend appointment I said I wasn't told about the weekend's charge when I made the appointment, the staff said " Sorry for the misunderstanding we'll give you $5 off next time. There won't be next time. PetSmart is not being honest I am going somewhere else for washing my 3 dogs from now on.

I had an 8:30 appointment. Was told my pet would be done in 3-4 hours. Arrived at 11:41 and my pet was still in a crate in the back. I received really nasty looking from one of the grooming so I foolishly called her a negative name. Results were they refused to trim my pet. After a conversation with the manager it was hopeless. Look at Trustpilot before making an appointment.

I will never go to PetsMart again for their grooming services for my dog Luma!!!! She went in for a bath and the Furator and I swear they didn't even give her a bath. When I rubbed her she felt as if she had a "dry bath solution" applied to her. She didn't smell clean at all and she still shedded hair immediately after and I paid extra for the Furator. Never again...valuable lesson learned

This is the worst 😫 They can even handle a dog they wanna win a dog's trust by touching their paws immediately before they give him a bath what kind of pet grooming is this I have so many problems with them they need to get more experience in handling big dogs
