Never again. Against my better judgment I took my dog there - only to have them send him home- their vet wasn’t even familiar with what they were sending him home for - their vet had to LOOK IT UP!!!!!!! - According to to the manager….,,.Are you EFFN SERIOUS!!!!! ( I was familiar as I was the one that told them about it and told them MY VET had no concerns- and had my dog on NO meds for this). I will stick with my usual place for grooming- and wait for an opening next time. Cracker Jack Box Vets PetSmart employs- CLEARLY!!!!

Do not bring your animal in this place for grooming. I have a morky and gave specific instructions on how I wanted my dog groomed just to pick her up and see her butchered to point of unrecognizable belief. I’m very dissatisfied with their service and will be finding a new provider. By the way This Petsmart is in Springfield, Illinois on 3183 S. Veterans PKWY

Apsolutly love their products but the website is kind of hard to use..

Customer service was absolutely horrid. The worker and manager working by the fish tanks were very rude. There was also some kind of unforeseen "policy" they had to follow which they could not show to the public. It kind of feels like they are trying to drive their customers crazy on purpose. Their explanations seem to contradict with their own policy. It was a terrible experience.

Absolutely the longest, most repetitive and pointless application for a minimum wage job I have ever experienced.

I am one of those people who unfortunately need to make the same mistake a few times before it sinks in, and after going through this hell twice now with PetSmart I can safely say I have finally learned my lesson NEVER place an online order through PetSmart, ESPECIALLY if it's really important/prescription items and you need it sometime in the next month or two. The last two times I have placed a prescription order through PetSmart online it has taken nearly two full weeks JUST to verify the damn prescription through my vet and then another solid week before it ships, and then another week for transit. I also had to call them multiple times and each time I did they had no history of my numerous previous calls and just kept telling me to wait for it to ship and be patient. Their online ordering system is a complete joke and a profound waste of your time and money. Oh, and there's no returns online or cancellations so if waiting three weeks for your pet's prescription isn't working for you too bad - you have to buy it again through another site, wait for the PetSmart order to get to you through the Pony Express and then return it in person at a local store. They should shut down their online ordering completely. DON'T DO IT!

Petsmart sells your email. Spammed to death since I signed on with them....:(
