We started using the chews due to allergies our dog has. After all this time, they seem to be working. Altho I've had difficulty "unsubscribing" from Petscy in the past, I did go back to Petscy because we wanted to be consistent with the regime for our dog. I believe it's working, we're thankful.

I’m sure it is a good product but my dog won’t eat it.
Response from PetScySep 4, 2024
Sorry to hear Deborah. I can relate, my pitty will eat items found in my yard but will suddenly have a palate of a 5 star chew when it comes to supplements. With the Itch Chew, she will take it and spit out right in front of me, only to devour 5 minutes later then I am not looking. I see you ordered on a recurring basis. Would you like me to cancel any future orders? Let me know as Id hate for us to send you an order that you may not want. Thank you Chris Founder

I never received my order.

UPDATE: We tried reaching out. Since we were unable to do so, we resent a replacement order. We apolgize for the delay. I cant tell you how frustrated I am when the shipping company potentially messes up our relationship with our customers. I hope youre satisfied with our handling. If not or so, please update the review so we can learn from it. Here is the new tracking number: Tracking Number: 9261299999887311046232 Here is the tracking link (if it doesnt show an order, plug in the number above): https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/orders/33872409057208871/details/9261299999887311046232 Thank you Chris Founder Hello Marie, I am sorry to hear. Upon checking it appears that UPS failed at completing their job and lost the package. Due to the amount of orders that go out we only learn of this once the customer reports it. How would you like us to resolve? We can issue a refund or resend (and expedite)? Thank you and we appreciate your business. Chris Founder

I have been using PetScy Dental Cleanse in my dog's drinking water for nearly 3 months and on a recent visit to his Vet for his annual checkup the Vet remarked that his teeth were in very good condition. It works!

Hello Pattie. I went ahead and cancelled any future orders. May I ask why the one star as I am always trying to better our brand. As for cancellations a customer can email support or call to cancel. We also make it easy where a customer can cancel by going to Petscy.com and logging into their customer portal. Thank you Chris Founder
