Thank you for the update. Do you mind providing a little bit more detail? I’m trying to identify where it seems overwhelming? I know in the product page when you choose your product there’s a list of upsells running horizontally. Is that where you feel It’s overwhelming? Once you proceed to check out, we have a list of the other products and descriptions of them down below however, those are kind of hidden where you can check out without even scrolling down. Hey Robert, The order shipped and was received within the 5-business-day timeframe stated on our site. The order was placed on a Saturday, so it did not ship until Monday afternoon, and it was delivered that Friday. As for the product not working yet, I see that you’re only around week two of use. Our directions recommend allowing at least 30 days of consistent use before evaluating the full results. Your dog may already be itching less, but during the first couple of weeks it can be difficult to notice the improvement since you may still see some itching. Colostrum is one of the key ingredients in our chews and is designed to support longer-term relief and healing, which can take some time. That’s why consistency during the first 30 days is important. Hey April. Thank you for the feedback. Being a subscrption business the customer has to log in to their customer portal which is listed at the top of the Petscy.com. Once logged in, with just a phone number, you can easily cancel. We also have options under the FAQ tab to contact us as well as our email on all the products. However, I'd like to make it even easier but the software we use doesnt give us the option. Your next order is set to ship Oct 1. Would you like me to cancel? Chris Founder
