Hello Marla. I am sorry to hear that you’re unsatisfied with Petscy. This is one of those situations where we can’t win. We count on these large shipping companies to be accountable and get an order out faster than 2 weeks. Hawaii always seems to create problems for these courtiers. As for the $20 the return fee, that will not apply here. My service team handles situations with a very black or white mentality. This falls out of that scope as the $20 fee applies to customers that return large orders due to mismanagement. Lets Do this. Once you return the order, reply back to this review and I’ll personally provide a full refund. Once again, I’m sorry for the delay and the situation as a whole.
