Hello Mr Wingo. Due to the amount of orders that go out we are only aware of delays or lost orders once the customer reaches out to support. After review, it shows that an order was delayed and should be there by Monday-Tuesday. I apologize for the delay as this is not the norm. Hey Mr. Kansas Smoke (sounds like a cowboy outlaw name-the fastest gun slinger the O.K. Corral ever saw) , I started this brand four years ago because my rescue Pitty, Bella, had terrible skin issues. I mention her because she had a similar experience. In the first month, her red skin began to heal. By month two, her itching started to subside, and by month three, she was looking great. We’ve had many reviews where the chews helped immediately, but most customers see results over time. If you end up satisfied with the product, I’d recommend switching to a larger order as the cost per unit decreases, especially with the 6-pack we offer under the One-Time Purchase tab.
