Hey Kim. Considering that the order is “on time” you’ve set some really high expectations. I can maybe set some expectations for the chews as the deliver time expectation was not set properly. The chews will not work within 1-2’days. Directions shows that it will take 3-4 weeks (usually a bottle) to see your dogs itching start to decrease. Your dog will still itch over the next couple of weeks. The question is how much. As for the one star. You placed your order on Sept 11th so the order went out the next day on Thursday (2 days ago). Tracking shows that it’s in your region and should be delivered in the next day or so. At Petscy, we are price conscious and offer free shipping which comes with a 5 biz day average. We do offer expedited shipping if 5 biz days is too long or not worth the cost of the free shipping. We also sell our products on Amazon which will get your order there within a day or two, maybe even a drone may drop it off that day. However, the prices are higher on Amazon as these services are costly. Let me know if there are any other issues as it seems harsh to rate our small brand one star (terrible) due to the product being shipped “on time”. I am always trying to better my brand and this information is helpful so I can make the necessary changes. Thank you Chris Founder

Hey Laure, we send out these service review requests in case there are any issues with ordering on the site and/or shipping. In this case there are no issues as the order was placed on Thursday and sent out the next day. Tracking shows that the order will be delivered in the next day or so which comes out to 5 business days. However I understand your frustration as Amazon has created high expectations. If shipping time is the reason for the terrible rating, I would suggest ordering our products on Amazon as our free shipping will always require a 5biz day average. Our products are little pricier on Amazon as those costs are applied to upgrading shipping. When the order shows up it would be appreciated if you would update your review with more details so I can attempt to fix any issues. Appreciate you and your business. Chris Founder

Hello Horst. Petscy is an Ecommerce company that relies on the customer to choose the products that they would like. Reviewing your order it shows that you did place an order for the 4 pack of itch chews. However, once a customer checks out they are offered discounted products which you hit the order button for two of them. If you do not want those additional two orders you will need to email [email protected] or call 813-448-5000 (during biz hours) and they will send you a return stamp to send back those orders. We could email you but it may go to spam so it’s best to initiate the email to support yourself. I will let support know that you will be in touch. Chris Founder

I am sorry to hear that the chews aren’t helping your Bully as they’ve helped my Pitty with her dry skin. Being that I’ve been at this for a while I have some suggestions which are probably obvious ones. If the chews aren’t helping it may be that they’re allergic to the pork favoring in them which would counteract the benefits. If so, your issue maybe what you’re feeding your dog flavor wise and/or brand wise. For example, my pitty Bella has taken the itch chews for 4 years now. We also give her a fish flavored dog food as it has other omega oils that the chew doesn’t have. A couple of times we’ve switched up the flavor or brand and right away her skin went to hell. Point being, id try different fish flavors but try different brands till you find one that helps. Another common issue is detergent and scents in the house. Best of luck Chris Founder
