Hello Don. I am sorry to hear that our products did not help your pet. As for customer service we allow customers to a) call customer support to manage their order or b) log into our easy to use customer portal to manage their order. Records show that an email was sent to you with step by step directions. Just like Amazon the customer needs to log in to cancel due due to the amount of customers we manage at one time. Even though your didn’t cancel we can provide you a return stamp at no cost and issue a full refund. Let me know if you have any questions. Best of luck Chris Founder

Following up Hello Betty. Your order is en route. Tracking link is attached below. It’s shows Aug 5 but that’s usually conservative. The order has already arrived in OK so I expect it sooner. You placed the order at 1pm Friday afternoon. All orders go out the next day business day in case the customer makes any changes. Therefore it went out Monday and should be there soon. Hello Ulrike. Thank you for the feedback. We are happy to know that the chews are helping. As you know we don’t have larger containers but we do sell our products at bulk. I would suggest changing your order to our 6 pack which is shown under the one time purchase tab. You will get a lot more for less. Let me know if you have any questions or need help. Chris Founder
