We used the grooming services for our dog after arriving from an international flight. We had a unique situation as we needed to drive to FL immediately and needed a thorough but quick bath. I had booked everything prior to his arrival. Their online booking service was easy and efficient. They were ready for us upon arrival and got him clean quickly for us! Five star service!

Our Cassie LOVES any time that she gets to spend at Pet Paradise! We have only boarded her overnight once before so we were not certain how she would do for 4 days. She started wagging her tail the minute we walked in the door to drop her off and was wagging it when we picked her up! If you have not used Pet Paradise, your pet is missing out on a wonderful experience!

The service, attitude and care for your fur babies is unsurpassed. The cost is high, but obviously, I think it's worth it. I would use them more often if the cost was lower. I know they take good care of my 13 year old lab and my younger one gets the play time he needs.

I’ve boarded my dog there on several occasions and have had no problems. The staff love playing with him and present me with a “report” card after each stay, describing his activities and behavior. It’s safe and clean and worth the price.

Moxie, our 16 year old dog, needs a little extra attention. We've been to another boarding inn in Mooresville, and we felt she didn't receive the attention she needed. Some of Gail's friends at work raved about Pet Paradise in Cornelius. We started taking Moxie there, and really had a great experience. I'm glad they opened in Mooresville! Moxie has been to the Mooresville location so many times she hops out of the car, know where to go, and what to do. As long as Moxie is happy, we're happy!
