Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

Great experience from beginning to end. Professional in every sense. Groomer was excellent!!

The first boarding experience went well for my dog. The second time he came home acting scared and timid. The front desk also acted like I was bothering them to check my dog out when I went to pick him up

We have always loved Pet Paradise in Charlotte-we have used them for years but the last. Is it with our 16 year old dog who had kidney failure stayed for 14 days without being able to vet his treatment. An assistant manager tried to help us find a facility thT would give him his subq dialysis we were unable to find anyone but we decided to leave him with our 3 year old Yorker mix and the staff was fantastic with both dogs. They even brought in cream cheese for the yorkiex who would not eat. They get 5+++++++++++stars

I love P. Paradise! Friendly, fun, and professional staff!

Sasha enjoyed her stay at pet paradise. The people are very friendly and you can tell they love dogs. I will bring Sasha back again in the future.

I will have Simon and Zee stay again. Its seems they were well taken care of. Hopefully get Zee neuter so they play with the other dogs next time.

We boarded our elderly cat and found the staff friendly and the kennel very clean. Our only concern was that the cat room was very cold, the air conditioning was set too low. Our cat came home sneezing with a runny nose. I have already recommended Pet Paradise to others.

Our dog Blue loves Pet Paradise! He always has a great time and comes home clean and exhausted from all of the play time. The staff at Pet Paradise is very nice and friendly.
