Great staff and our lady always comes back happy.

Good place for our dog. It is clean and the staff are friendly. The dogs get lots of supervised play time.

Love this place and my darlings do too!!

We had to have our 3 cats board with Pet Paradise in Humboldt TX for 2 overnights. They were a bit anxious upon arrival after the 6 hour journey from New Orleans (and the pending flight to join us in Frankfurt, Germany). We were greeted by a very friendly reception staff and when we left, we were happy that the extremely important paperwork and their transport would be properly handled. The Petplus furbaby email and photo was well worth the $5.00 as it put OUR minds at ease that our cats were doing well and exploring during play time. They arrived in Frankfurt in very good condition, very happy to see us and surprisingly calm I truly think most of their demeanor was as a result of the care received during their transition period at Pet Paradise and the time the staff spent making sure our cats were at ease. It was the first time I ever had need to use a boarding service and I give Pet Paradise a very high recommendation and a full 5 stars. Thank You Pet Paradise!! xx

Excellent staff makes you feel comfortable when you drop your dog that he/she is in safe and caring hands. They are very considerate and will work with you to meet your needs. My dog loves going to Pet Paradise and gets a tremendous amount of exercise there. Has been great for his weight.

Such wonderful people! They took care of my dog as I would! They gave me a lot of rest leaving my dog with them! I got picture updates with my dog playing and having fun every day! I trust this place and this staff with my dog totally!

Great company, has a very caring and helpful attitude towards their work and their clients.

My corgi seems to enjoy going here.
