It seems that my dogs fared well for their first time boarding at the Cedar Park, TX location but when I picked them up at 4PM on Monday 2/20, I was informed that the staff forgot to bathe my 3 dogs. this would be a bad thing for any boarding experience but to do this to a first-time customer is especially wrong and unexpected. My only complaint is how difficult/impossible it is to access the play yard cameras. We like to check on him and watch him play so it would be helpful if that was made easier again.

Hi. We absolutely love Pet Paradise! We’ve taken our cats there for years! It’s a home away from home for our cats and we feel so comfortable leaving them there. The only thing is I’m still in shell shock from the latest bill. We actually paid more for them than for us at a people hotel with the holiday rates and additional fees. I took my veteran husband on a weekend getaway, and thought there was a discount. But came back to double what we’ve always paid. I don’t know if we can ever afford to bring our cats back, but we have nothing but good thoughts about Pet Paradise.

We are first time customers at Pet Paradise and had a great experience! We were missing some vaccination information and they were able to contact our vet and get all of the records with no issues. I loved that they called after we were home to check in on the pups. My only feedback is the description/pricing for some of the services is misleading and I wish I would have had more information. For example, for the grooming services, I had no idea that a "go home bath" was going to be $45-$50. Maybe I missed that in the price breakdown but the whole booking site was so difficult to use that I was not sure what the pricing was for each service. And on that note, I paid for extra play time but did not know that other dogs would be bringing in their own toys and I had put that one of my dogs has toy guarding tendencies so then he had individual play time instead of group play time. I was completely fine from a safety perspective to take my dog out of that situation, but I wish I would have known that toys were involved in play time so that I would not have expected my dog to play with others. Overall, good experience and will go back but I am going to confirm all of the pricing next time.

I don't need to worry leaving my dog whenever I have business travels . Pet paradise has my back! While I am enjoying my travels, I know my pet is also having a good time and being taken good care of.
