The Calm Beads didn't work at all, and I've given them 8 weeks to work. Unfortunately I can't get my money back since it is past the 30 day cancellation period. I had very high hopes for this product, but it was just another disappointment.

If I could rate this product zero, I would. Spent over a hundred dollars, and no difference in cat’s behavior. After a few weeks, I notified company, and requested a refund. They responded, that I needed to give it more time, and would have to send back all empty containers, at my expense. I reminded them of their ad promise, no questions asked, and no return of product needed. So false advertising. I would warn anyone considering this product, to think again. ACHTUNG Abzocke! Ich habe das Produkt gekauft. Kommt aus China. Der Versand dauert 4 Wochen. Wenn ich es hätte zurückgeben wollen, hätte ich den Versand in die USA bezahlen müssen. Hab's dann getestet. Erste Flasche lief aus, konnte ich aufwischen. Zweite Flasche zeigte keinerlei Wirkung. Dritte Flasche entwickelte einen Gestank nach verschmortem Plastik. Habe die ganze Wohnung abgesucht und bin dann auf den Diffusor gestoßen. Sofort ausgestreckt und gelüftet. Trotzdem Kopfschmerzen und Unwohlsein. Die Kopfschmerzen halten auch am nächsten Tag noch an. Es wird mit Geld zurück Garantie geworben, aber dafür muss man erst den Versand in die USA über nehmen und ob man jemals Geld zurück bekommt, ist mehr als fraglich. Fazit: -China Produkt, Rücksendung in USA -Hilft bei Katzen null -Stinkt zum Himmel und ist meines Erachtens nach gesundheitsgefährdend (2 Tage Kopfschmerzen) -Geld zurück Garantie ist ein Hohn

I ordered over $200 of expensive dog food, plus paid EXTRA for 2 day shipping. Needless to say it's been over a month and I have yet to see hide nor hair of my shipment and PetLife is claiming complete innocence, and that my package must have been lost by UPS, though I honestly doubt they ever shipped it to begin with as tracking only states that a label was created. I have repeatedly requested a refund, to no avail. Number one tip walking away from this....ALWAYS use credit cards when purchasing online because then you can have the credit card company file a claim. I wasn't that smart/didn't really have too many other options at the time. Never making that mistake again. These people are nothing but scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Requested the status of my order after a week of receiving no information from the company. They apologized for the delay and provided a link to track my order. The next day they RECALLED the status of my order. What the hell is that - RECALLING the status of my order. I wish I had read the reviews of this company - NEVER AGAIN

Normal gar kein Stern. Abzocke, Betrug und Lügen. Ich probierte es auch aus, da es eine 90 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie gab. 1. Die Lieferung dauert ewig. 2. Kein Wirkung (hatte aber bei anderen Produkten leider auch keine Wirkung), wobei sie groß reden, dass es Wirkung hätte... 3. Der Service war gut, aber irgendwo auch "Hinhaltetaktik" 4. Als ich mein Geld zurück haben wollte, musste ich die Ware zurückschicken. Wohin? In die USA... Wieso dorthin.... Sitz angeblich GB und Ware kam auch China... Macht keinen Sinn. Aber ich wollte mein Geld. Also hab ich es gemacht, obwohl ich mir schon dachte, dass es Betrug ist. Als ich die Preise in die USA sah, dachte ich mir... Dann ist ja das ganze Geld weg... Also verschickte ich als Päckchen. Kam angeblich nie an... So viel zu USA... Als ich den Service ansprach, wollte er ein Beweis von mir, hatte nur die Quittung zum Bezahlen. Reichte natürlich nicht. Er bräuchte auch keine Sendungsverfolgung, nur ein Beweis, dass es in die USA ging. Gibt es ja nicht, außer das 50 Euro Paket mit Sendungsverfolgung... Witz komm raus. Er antwortet, aber nur mit Ausreden... Also bitte bestellt nicht dort.

This company had just the right OEM item I needed for my Eheim canister filter at a good price and reasonable shipping. Item was shipped within a couple of days of ordering & received within a week of my order.

Do not trust this company. My order which came from China took almost 3 weeks then it wasn't even the product I ordered. It looked like a cheap generic which looked nothing like the products on their site. I asked for a refund and they gave me some idiotic excuses about the packaging and then refused to answer followup emails asking for a refund. Very shady. Don't trust them. Mike
