I already have the original Battery Operated Dockstream but when I wanted to purchase a 3rd I realized they have a new product the Dockstream 2 and I am so disappointed with the battery life. I don't why Petlibro had to mess with a great product. I won't be purchasing from them again-

Petlibro have excellent customer service. Unfortunately my DOCKSTREAM fountain developed a fault after 4 months, but the company responded instantly and have organised a replacement part free of charge. I highly recommend this company and their products are excellent for our cats.
