I had an incredible experience with Petlibro that truly exceeded all my expectations! I was initially quite worried when my Luma Smart Litter Box stopped responding, especially considering it was a second-hand item. I thought I was completely out of options and stuck with a non-working unit. However, Petlibro’s customer support team proved me entirely wrong. Instead of turning me away, they listened to my situation with utmost empathy, walked me through troubleshooting steps, and went above and beyond to offer a full replacement. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service that truly exceeded my expectations! I’d like to come back to my previous negative review (deleted), because this company has genuinely gone above and beyond to help me. The base of my €190 automatic feeder with camera broke while I was on holiday, and by the time I returned, the warranty had just expired. I honestly thought I was out of luck, but they surprised me in the best possible way by sending me a completely new feeder, when I had only expected nothing or a replacement base! Communication took a little longer than expected, but they explained the situation, and the way they ultimately resolved everything was absolutely fantastic. This experience has completely changed my opinion. Their customer service has shown me that they truly care about their customers. I would absolutely recommend this company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. It’s worth the wmoney knowing you’re in good hands if something goes wrong!❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ich habe mir vor etwa 1,5 Jahren 2 Petlibro Nassfutter Automaten gekauft und bin echt zufrieden mit denen, da es so ziemlich das einzige Produkt am Markt ist, welches das Nassfutter kühlt, ohne, dass man Kühlakkus benötigt und das Design und Verarbeitung echt hochwertig wirkt. Leider gab es mit der Zeit aber Komplikationen, aber über diese sind hinweg zu sehen, da das Service Team stets bemüht ist, Lösungsvorschläge sofort per Mail zu schicken und falls doch alle Stricke reißen, wurde bei mir das Gerät kostenfrei ausgetauscht, ich muss wirklich sagen, ich kenne keinen Kunden-Support, welcher so engagiert hilft. Meine Ansprechperson Kin war auch stets zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich, sodass ich nun wahrscheinlich nach und nach meine anderen Produkte für meine Katzen auf Petlibro umstellen werde, Angebot hat die Firma ja genug :) Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden über die Jahre 😁

One of our refrigerated feeders stopped working and we reached out to PetLibro customer service to fix the issue. While it did take some time to receive a response, Christian was so kind and helpful.
