The filter tray from the water fountain came apart from the water tray while I was reassembling the filter. I noticed the glue to the seal became undone and it was impossible to put the tray back together. Reaching out to customer service was easy through the app and the time to reply was quick/reasonable. The person who emailed me back (Lala) was very polite and understanding and they were able to send a new water tray at no cost to me. Considering everything else was working, I’m very happy I didn’t have to buy a brand new fountain.

I purchased the Petlibro Dual Cat Feeder on September 29, 2025. The core issue with this product is a significant and persistent imbalance in food distribution. Following the manual, I tested various portion sizes (from 2/12 cups up to 6/12 cups), but the food dispensed to the two bowls was consistently and drastically unequal. Checking the product FAQ/troubleshooting confirmed my fear: the company already documents this as a known problem, explicitly stating that the dispensing amount cannot be recalibrated. Despite this being a known, documented design flaw, the customer service process for a return was needlessly difficult. After re-boxing the product, I was asked to: Perform unnecessary troubleshooting steps (check firmware, splitter position, etc.) Unbox the feeder and record a video demonstrating the issue—even though I had already told them the item was repackaged for return, and the problem is known and documented by the company itself. This excessive, mechanized response shows a complete lack of empathy for the customer's time and frustration. The product has a known defect, and the return process is deliberately burdensome. Do not buy this product if you need equal food portions for two cats.

Ich versuche jetzt seit mehreren Tagen meine Nassfutterautomaten zurückzuschicken, jedoch wird mir kein Retourenlabel zugesandt und auch nicht geantwortet. Ich finde das nicht in Ordnung. Meine Katzen gehen nicht an den Automaten, um zu fressen. Sie mögen ihn garnicht.Kein Wunder, das Futter bleibt auch viel zu kalt und das Gerät ist zu laut.

There was an issue with the unit I received, but customer support (Kelly and Roin) were prompt in giving me suggestions to try fixing it, then when those didn't work, quickly set me up with a new unit to resolve the issue.

They were able to help me and send me a new water fountain base. I am satisfied with the customer service, they were very nice and helpful.

I love my water fountain, and I love it even more with the great customer service! My cat chewed the cable and they sent me a link to replace it, they made it super easy.

I purchased a Dockstream Smart Fountain and within one week it stopped working. I contacted Customer Service, explained that I tried everything to get it to work and it just keeps telling me that “there is no water in the tank”, when the tank is full of water. Customer Service said they would send me a new pump since thats what they thought the problem was. Customer Service sent me an email and asked for pictures of the pump which I sent them and the fountain also. I never received a follow up response from Petlibro and I never received a new pump. So now I have an expensive pet water fountain that does not work. This company does not stand by there products if there is a problem. I put in for a return and I did receive an email for that telling me that “It was rejected”. Will not purchase any thing from this company again!

I had a question about a subscription for my cat’s feeder and water fountain. Lala was very quick to respond, as well as other members of her team. They got my subscription order set up quickly and with the correct timing and frequency.
