Went to vet's office for check-up, told they couldn't find the chip and gave two explanations: a. the chip came back out the implant entry point or b. the chip is a dud.

I discovered PetKey quite by accident. I was looking for an alternative to our past provider. (Competitors name withheld by me). I'm pretty sure it was on a google search. Past provider was giving horrible service and charging exorbitant fees for the same service. Calling them proved futile as you're met with endless voice recordings. The entire process at PetKey was simple, intuitive, easy to navigate. I did everything right there online. For life? I'll pay the couple of dollars extra for that every time. Way better than a monthly subscription. Thanks!

The process to register was easy and quick. Also they offered several options when registering. Later I called and spoke with a representative and she answered my questions and was kind and helpful. I feel good knowing if my dog were to get separated from me she has a great chance of getting home!!

Nothing has happened to my pet where ive had to use petkey and hopefully i never do. But ive heard good reviews from people just incase i ever do get split up from my pet im confident ill locate him asap.
