Placed my order in September and STILL haven’t received my order (almost November). Very disappointed. Sent an email and said order would arrive USPS and be patient. They are located in Michigan, US. I’ve ordered international material that arrived sooner. I know it’s not the same but I’ll goto the local pet store and have one made in less then five minutes. RESPONSE: Had to edit the original review because they did not allow for me to reply. They claimed I was sent the product and received. The information is incorrect. Please supply a signed proof or photo indicating proof of delivery. I will be more then happy to retract this review.

Very helpful and informative. Directions were very easy to follow with an excellent choice of plans to fit one's budget.

Easy to register and keep my pets data all in one spot. Peace of mind knowing if my cat gets lost he can be reconnected with us with our most up to date info.

The process was easy and cheap. Now my pet is protected should she get out.

I thought it was easy and comfortable using PetKey to register my newly adopted dog's chip. I am secure now in knowing that since I can keep my information updated if anyone finds my pup I will be contacted. What a releif. I feel like taking care of her this way makes her truely mine.

Worse thing that could happen to your pet is getting lost somewhere and no way to get back home. With a chip and tags they at least have some chance to be back home. I wouldn't want my pet to be in this situation. Having a chip gives me some comfort knowing there is a possibility for her to be returned to me.
