I have petkey for since last year and I still haven’t heard nothing about my 2 pets that was stolen last year. How come we haven’t heard nothing about my animals.

Trying to update/transfer my information on my pets chip. I am told I half to pay another $69.00. Don't understand web page says its "free"

It is free to update or transfer information if your pet is already registered with us. If it asked you to pay a registration fee your pay may be registered with another company. I can't afford to pay the amount for unlimited. Wish it was more affordable. Hopefully petkey will keep my dogs info if I can't renew it. Just in case she gets lost.

My experience with petkey was good other than I was expecting to be able to personally track my own dog only to find out I can't.

This dog I acquired was already microchipped, & this was certainly an easy process! Inexpensive so No excuses!!!
