It’s hard to get ahold of someone for customer service questions. No follow up email after purchase to give shipping updates. Pet I’d tag could be much better quality than it is. Should’ve purchased elsewhere

Everything was easy to set up, and was overall making me happy, but didn't like the price. Didn't realize I had to pay for my microchip twice. =/

We signed up our two dogs and as a gift to our son signed up his dog. Less than a week later, his dog, Dolly, took a holiday for 3 days. She was discovered some miles away and taken to a vet who used Petkey to return Dolly. Money well spent.
