Online registration was a nightmare. Every time I chose one year service, It automatically changed to lifetime. I’m not even sure if my dogs are registered.

Very helpful when you call or write, agents are very nice and helpful. The only thing negative is the web site was not able to see what plan i had for my animal. Thanks

I found the site easy to use. Fortunately, my pet returned on his own (he was hiding under my garden shed), but I would use them again if needed.
