I found Petkey to be very responsive and helpful. I hope to not have to use the service to ever find my Labradoodle Lilly but feel comfortable in knowing I have this resource through Petkey. Thank you for all your help with my tags and ID card.

I placed and order at the end of Jan 4 weeks latter I call to check the guy assured me I would receive in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed I called and was told they were waiting on something from me that I had no ideal. Even the person that I spoke to did not know why I was not contacted. After getting the item I am not satisfied and would not recommend more order again ;(

Hopefully I never have to find out if this product works. That would mean that my baby is missing. I have no way of checking out this product until something happens...and we are all hoping against that, right? Just like any other form of insurance...you don't know if it pays off until time to use it.

Review re-post. OK I have to re-post and correct my earlier rating. It is true that I did not receive an order from petkey, However, I did receive the first part of my order. I ordered my dogs microchip registration tags and received them no problem. But, I also ordered an ESA ID kit. and did not receive it. I am disabled and only ordered this because it was cheaper than re-registering my service animal thru the previous site. We recently moved and the previous site wanted to charge $79.00 to update and re-issue his service animal credentials. i have spoken with PetKey Staff by phone and email and they are very friendly, and eager to resolve the issue. The staff was very courteous and assured me that they would resolve this matter quickly. Hoping for the best.

We received the chip for our little bichon, Ruby, from the vet. They were successful in completing the procedure. It was easy to go onto the website, which was explained to us by our vet and fill out the information. Very easy process. It was a short time thereafter we received the metal tag which we affixed to her collar.

Fortunately I have only had to use Petkey to have tags made. Tags are exactly what you see when you order and are good quality, the only reason I needed to replace was because we moved and got a new phone number. The only negative was it took about 2 weeks to receive the tag.
