Lack of good customer service communication.

Wonderful service!

From the experience I had getting re-registered our dog (another family gave him to us) I know Petkey is exactly who I want to deal with in the unfortunate case that our dog gets lost. I know they’ll be compassionate and expeditiously to reunite us.

Heard many good reports about success of having a Home Again chip in dog.

Frankly, I was confused by PetKey. I went to the Home Again website to register my new puppy and was redirected to PetKey. What's up with that? Has Home Again merged or been bought out by PetKey? An explanation would have been very helpful. The only item I ordered was a tag for new puppy's collar. It came fairly quickly and is quite satisfactory.

It is great to have the feeling of security knowing if one or both of our dogs get lost, all the finder has to do is get them scanned to get all their info.

I rescued a dog that had been microchipped but never had his microchipped registered. They made it easy and sent me his new identification tag within a week. Thank you PetKey!!
