I did not like that you can only make a copy of one key per transaction. It said I would get one free copy if I made two, I made 3 and wasn’t given the option for a free copy

Hello we are going to follow up with you as I am not sure what you are referencing. You do have a pet reported missing with us but I am not sure what you mean by keys per transaction. We will contact you directly so we can get it worked out.

PetKey is a wonderful way to protect your beloved pet, when, Horror, she/he is lost. The one frustration was that I bought an information card, but did not realize I could add my pet's vaccinations, so I felt it necessary to buy another card, another $9.99.

Our cat had been missing, and we used the PetKey site to register her as a lost cat for free. $20 more distributed our details to local PetKey users and shelters, and created a poster we could print out. We made about 20 copies and put them on trees and phone poles near where our cat had last been seen. Fortunately, a Good Samaritan had been feeding our cat on his porch, and when he took his dog for a walk, he saw one of the posters and called in to PetKey to say so. PetKey sent me a kind email about this, and within hours, this kind man and I were making plans. Thanks, PetKey! PetKey also has a chip/registration plan. Our cat didn’t have a chip, but we used the parts of the site we could, and for us, it worked.
