My German Shepherd came from Czechoslovakia and needed information transferred to my name. This process was done quick and easily. I would recommend PetKey as the first stop for all questions regarding out-of-the-country information transfers.

The site itself is deceptive. Charging to register microchips which can be registered for free from the actual issuing company. I completed registration, realized it wasn’t legitimate, tried to call customer service and wouldn’t connect me to anyone. I emailed to cancel my order and was refunded. However I can’t say I trust or recommend them.

It sounds like you landed on our website accidentally instead of the one that you had pre-paid for already with your microchip implantation. Please know this was not due to any deception on our part and we are not able to determine when someone arrives at our website if they have already pre-paid for a registration on a different website. Since we are a legitimate company we issued you a full refund as soon as you brought this mistake to our attention.

Fortunately I have never lost my dog, but I feel confident that should that horrible event ever occur, I will get my sweet Coco back with no problem. I recently updated my information with them and they were very thorough in their questions and sent me a new tank. Thank you!

I just signed up in January and they were more gracious and really concerned about protecting our animals.

Several thousand stars!! I like the one pay idea. I do hope that I never need to use your service tho...I’d rather have my dog. John
