I have only signed up for your service at this point, which was easy and the customer service was fantastic with their help in getting my dog registered. Lucky, I have not had to use the tracking. but thus far, I'm completely satisfied.

well having the dogs micro chipped has been comforting however the tags that come with the package didn’t even last a year. I would preferred to have some thing that would last longer so if the dogs were lost the microchip would be right on their collar.
