The lift time membership is the way to go. I lost Chewys brother from a different litter 6 years ago. I'm still not over him. I did not have a chip or collar on him. $5,000 reward didn't bring him home. How much is your pet worth to you?

I registered my pet with YOU. I was then contacted by other registries. I assumed it was YOU! How else did they get my info?? Scam.Shame on all of you. At least have the decency to own it.

i am sorry you feel that way but it is definitely not the case. You did register with us online but we did not provide your information to any other company. I would check with your vet or whomever implanted the microchip into your pet if you are concerned about how your contact information was shared.

It would let me register my one dog but when I tried to register my second dog, it kept bringing up my first dog’s name and would not let me register my second dog. Both dogs are chipped and I want BOTH registered in case one runs and vet runs the chip number. This needs to be fixed-many people have more than one dog that are chipped and there needs to be a way to register each dog individually as they each have a different chip number.
