Your web site is difficult to navigate and your tag was of poor quality. Had it not been for my pets micro chip would not have purchased the tag.

I was very happy with the representative. She answered all of my questions & she told me that I can register my dog & a cat even they can register them even though the chip was injected by different vets.

I am new to this whole microchip thing since I recently got a new pet so it occurred to me after getting him that his chip would need registering. I had no idea that it would cost money to keep it active. After researching several websites I chose PetKey since they offered a lifetime option. The website was easy to use. My only reason for 4 stars isn’t because of PetKey itself but because registering a chip costs money. It really should be free. If my cat hadn’t already been chipped I may not have done it since you have to pay to register the chip.
