Good prices, pet friendly

I like that you can upload pics of your pets on the website and that if your pet is lost you can update the status in real time. I also like you can view all your pets on one account. BUT.... when adding my last pet to our account, the customer service representative did not know what they were doing. I checked my account and my new pet was not added, even though the charge went thru on my credit card. When I called back to make the correction, the next rep was more helpful than the first and was able to add my 2nd pet. However, after reviewing my account again, my 2nd pet's profile had a red lettered notification that he was not a lifetime member and I needed to buy an upgrade; even though I had purchased the lifetime package? I called back and got the same 2nd rep who explained her system did show the lifetime package purchased and not to worry about it. When I went back in and looked at the e-certificate it did say he was a lifetime member, however even to this day when I view his profile the red-lined nagging tag across the top says he needs upgraded to be lifetime member. So that is weird and frustrating.

I recently adopted a pet from a rescue, that was already chipped from the previous owner. I called Petkey to change the info, & the lady was friendly, informative, & helpful. I was able to email my adoption papers, & have the info changed, with no issues. I rec'd. a call back within a couple of hours. I also now know my pets age, & birthdate.

Very easy to down load and register my cat Luna

PetKey never answer me when I have the emergency, I have found my dog before PETKEY ever answers back. I just payed money for nothing.
