It was easy to register my pet and I hope she never gets lost. This service is there if I need it.

The brass tag is great and the printing on it is deep. I really like the tag. However I own a chihuahua and the large tag practically drags the ground. I have requested a smaller size tag but was informed I could only get a small tag by using a computer. What sense does that make??Not real happy about that. Otherwise the tag is great. I just hope if my dog gets lost that your service and her microchip will get her back home. I’m still hoping for a small tag but it doesn’t look like that is going to work out.

There are some common pet issues that are not addressed in videos that require a call. Barking, shreading pee pads, age and size of dog related to potty training, and special circumstance that arise from adopting two puppies. It can feel awkward to call when met with, "Did you look at the videos" before the call.

Quick and easy to use as far as signing up with the chip when the Vet gave me the information I just followed the instructions, just gives me some peace of mind to know if she’s lost she can be found and returned.

I originally had my pet registered with another company, and it was just.. awful. Impossible to navigate, not user-friendly, only the most basic of information available, etc. PetKey is the exact opposite. It's easy to find exactly what you're looking for, has a section for updating vaccination & health info, and is great in general. I love the option to get a PetKey ID card, so nice to have that in my wallet in case of an emergency.
