I was not told there was a fee for this chip service. When I went on the website it was not made clear at the start that I was required to pay for the service. I went through the site answering questions, but then it would flip back to a previous page. I had to reanswer questions and go back and forth several times. When I got to the page to pay, I paid by credit card, but it flipped me back to another page which I filled out. It went to pay page again, so I thought it had not gone through the first time. So I hit to pay again. When I got my card statement I found you charged me TWICE. Please check your records and then remove the second mistaken charge from my card. so I hit to pay again when I went t

Easy to use site. Easy to change over to new owner info.

I adopted a wonderful Beagle that was microchipped where I adopted him. I needed to add my information to the microchip but the numbers I had were incomplete. You guys suggested I have my vet scan the chip and that would show the missing number. Bingo. It worked like a charm and I was able to add my info to Bean's (my beagle) chip. Thank you for your help. It saved me time and stress so I could get that done for my new adopted dog.
