Can only review the registration process which was excellent.

I wish I had known about the life time charge versus the yearly charge which I opted for. Had someone offered me the option to shift to lifetime I would have at that time and paid the difference. I personally would prefer to have my dog covered for a lifetime rather than renew yearly. PETKEY customer service later contacted me and we went lifetime thank you so much

Dont really use it yet but seems to be good for others when their animals get lost
