Love the new ID tag! Well done!!

The company misprinted my dog tag...when I called to have them fix THEIR mistake they insisted on charging me shipping. I told them that I would not pay shipping as I had already paid for the tag and the shipping. "manager/supervisor" would not budge. As an older individual, I had a very hard time understanding BOTH people I spoke to when I called to let them know of mistake. Not happy.

I appreciate what PetKey does and my experience in registering my dog's chip was quite simple.

easy to sign up and excellent service

PetKey had the Microsoft Office software that I needed for my new laptop and this product works great. I downloaded the software and paid for the product. The whole process was quick with no problems. The cost was very reasonable as well. I will be checking back with PetKey when I need other software products.
