Very Easy to use!

It’s great and I’m happy to have petkey in my life

Thank you for helping to protect my kitties but the site itself was confusing to navigate. There were no directions for adding another pet under the same profile for example.

So far have really liked working with Petkey. I had to transfer ownership of my dog from a non communicating seller, who for whatever reason, sold me my dog and then would never communicate back with details of the microchip. With a little investigative work in my part, and some help from the folks at Petkey, we've got all odd thee transfer work done and my dog is all in my name. God willing, I'll never have to use their service to locate my dog, but if I do, I'm confidant we'll be able to find her with the help of Petkey!

I thought $29.99 was to expensive to transfer ownership.

Timely return of the tag for my pet.

They were very understanding and caring when I couldn't locate my cat. They even helped me modify my LOST ad I had placed on their website!

Everything was great, I just felt a second tag should have been significantly cheaper. I can make one at the petstore for under $10.
