Got missing cards,BUT now missing info and pitcutres!
On 8/22 I ordered and paid 3 cards, and only got one card for George the cat, info and pictures on card. Well I got the 2 missing cards after email after email and phone calls, BUT they are now missing info, and what info is on them is out of place and does not makes any kind of sense! On alter they have back on one and afraid on the other. Allergies they have has eye brows on one and white steak on nose on the other. No pictures on either side for both cards. I think the cards are a very good idea, because if something happens to you the rescue people have the info to get your pets the help they need, but it does not help if the info or pictures are not on the card! I called and left a message asking for my money back! I will use the old cards for my dogs, and put in the missing info on them myself. It makes me wonder if something does happen will they get the help they need if the company can't get the information right.$29.97 is too much for such little care. I would put a big fat 0 on the stars if I could!!!!!!

We are very sorry to hear this. All three pet's cards should have been in the same envelope. Our shipping records indicate that they were all in the same shipment so we are not sure what would have happened but Callie and Marshall have cards currently being made and will be on their way today. Again we apologize.
