Updating the info on the site was super easy and efficient.

This was an easy app to use! I am an first Time user! Also new customer! I hope it will work really good if in a event happens that I actually need to find my dog ! Thank you

Great service

Love the idea of the ease transferring my info to this tag. However, I wish the tag came in different sizes. This tag I have received is too big for the dog I have. Is there a chance in the future of adding a size option for any tags offered?

I had such a wonderful patient person who helped me through this process. was a great experience.

I bought a 4-month old teddy bear puppy who already had a chip. The gentleman I dealt with at Petkey (Justin) to transfer ownership of Lily was very helpful and professional. He walked me through the process and answered my questions quite professionally. I didn't need to make a second phone call. Justin was on top of the transfer and everything happened in the timeframe he said it would.

The young man who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. It will keep my baby safe.

Everyone was very professional and pleasant to talk to in the replace of my dogs pet key tag which was so worn you couldn’t hardly see the number.
